Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Because each piece is handmade with care, we do not offer standard returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for items damaged after delivery, buyer's remorse, or issues related to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
All items are insured during shipment. If your piece arrives damaged in transit, please contact us at info@kiramika.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. Photos must clearly show the damage to both the item and the original packaging. Claims submitted without photos or after the 48-hour window may not be eligible. We will coordinate with the artist to file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier. Refunds, replacements, or exchanges will only be issued if the claim is successfully resolved, and availability may vary depending on the artist and item. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary.
For pickup orders, please inspect your piece at the time of pickup. Kiramika is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the item has been picked up.
For items purchased as gifts, any claims must be initiated by the original purchaser.

Fulfillment Policy
We currently ship within the United States only. Not all items are available for shipping; some artists offer local NYC pickup only. We do not currently ship internationally. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us at info@kiramika.com.
Delivery fees are calculated per item and there is no flat rate. Please refer to the item description for details. Be sure to select your fulfillment preference both when adding the item to your cart and at checkout.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipment fees may apply.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for ready-made items. Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Ready-Made Items Ready-made pieces ship within 1–2 weeks of purchase and typically arrive within 2–3 weeks of your order date. Timing may vary by item. Please refer to the item description for specifics.
Made-to-Order Items Lead times for made-to-order pieces vary by artist and range from 2 weeks to several months. Please review the item description before ordering. We will contact you after your order is placed with a delivery estimate and notify you once your piece is complete and ready to ship.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Pickup Pickup availability varies by artist and item. Please check the item description. If you'd like to pick up your order in person, select the pickup option both when adding the item to your cart and at checkout. The artist will reach out to arrange a convenient time.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
